We all do it, starting from day one. None of us like it but it happens. We age. Some of us handle it better than others. Some of us don't handle it very well at all (myself included). So here are some words on this process. Come with me on this journey of wear and tear. Help me count each new gray hair as it pops on my head. We all know how this story must end someday.
